The lightweight, low-profile Slimsport Roof Rack complements the aesthetic of your vehicle and this particular kit comes with a light bar-ready wind fairing, so you can easily mount the 40” LED Slim Light Bar (sold separately)

  • This low-profile flat deck Slimsport rack has a load-carrying area of 1405mm (55.3") x 1181mm (46.5").
  • The sleek side rails have integrated mounting feet. The mounting feet also have additional brace brackets for added strength.
  • The high-strength aluminum slats have T-slots suitable for all Front Runner top mount accessories.
  • Easily add on the Slimsport/Slimpro Van Side Mount Accessory Bracket / Small – by Front Runner for most Front Runner side mount accessories (sold separately).
  • The included 40" Light Bar wind fairing with rubber edge trim, makes the rack ultra-quiet.
  • Included in the Chevrolet Colorado/GMC Canyon (2015-2022) Slimsport Rack 40" Light Bar Wind Fairing allow the use of the 40" LED Slim Light Bar VX1000-CB SM / 12V/24V / Single Mount (sold separately).
  • Fitment guide and all mounting hardware included.
  • 6"/T30 Torx Allen Key for Slimsport Rack is required for installation.
  • Note: Drilling required.
  • Note: Under Rack Tables are not compatible with the Slimsport rack kit range.
  • Note: Some side mount accessories are not suited for low profile foot rails such as Hi-Lift Jack Bracket and Recovery Device & Gear Holding Side Brackets.

* Note: A maximum driving speed of 130km/80mi per hour should be adhered to, when equipped with a Front Runner Roof Rack or Load Bar kit.

The t-slots on the tops and bottoms of the slats accommodate standard 8mm bolts.

To determine the approximate height from your vehicle’s roof to the top of your Slimsport Rack add 60mm-70mm (2.4"-2.8") to the highest point of your roof.

Easy Assembly

Building the unit was straightforward and user-friendly. I haven’t installed it on my truck yet due to a busy schedule, but it looks like a simple process. I just need to drill 12 holes on the cab and will update on how well it integrates with aftermarket accessories like awnings. So far, everything looks promising!
