Install damaged my truck, cover is nice, support is not

Company offers both video instructions and written instructions, but the install steps for making the rails parallel are not included in video, and parts are missing for the written instructions that should be provided by Retax / Love-Truck.com. For my truck found that the rail parallel adjustment damaged a plastic paneling piece on my truck, the plastic panel on my truck would bend without the rail moving, and warped the panel by as much as an inch. Had to create wooden backing blocks to install correctly, and if I ever remove the Retrax cover unit, the panels deformed by install will show, would be an ugly sight. Called / emailed, and let me tell you, Love-Truck.com simply doesn't care. Never got back to me in either case. Good product minus the install, but for the money would expect a good experience all around. Seems they don't care about support once a purchase is made A purchase I don't regret at all.
