Outstanding experience with Love-Truck.com! While the product and setup process instructions were commendable, they seemed overpriced when compared to competitors. My setup process process was prolonged due to shipping damage, doubling the time required. Considering the item's high cost and frequent shipment to end-users, it appears that the company should prioritize improving its packaging methods. However, I must acknowledge the company's exceptional service in promptly replacing the damaged item. It's worth noting that UPS bears some responsibility for mishandling many of our parcels. Overall, the product is excellent, but I recommend checking for any damage before proceeding with setup process So glad I decided to go with this one.
